Refund 

 All sales at Embellished Crew are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items once an order has been placed and processed. We encourage you to carefully review order details, including sizes, colors personalization options, and shipping information, before completing your purchase. This policy allows us to focus on delivering high-quality, custom products efficiently and accurately, as many of our items are made specifically for you.

Addressing Issues with Your Order

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us right away. You have two (2) days from the delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier to inspect your package and notify us of any concerns. Contact us via email, at embellishedcrew@gmail.com within this 48-hour window. Please include detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. If we are not contacted within two (2) days of your order's delivery, we will unfortunately no longer be able to investigate or resolve the issue. This timeframe allows us to efficiently address problems with our shipping partners and production process.
